Stay

1.1 At starting and termination point
After receiving the arrangements for comfortable staying of delegates will be made in the well furnished hotels for two days.

Sai Garden Hotel Tara gahr Palace City Hotel

Similarly, at the termination of tour, the staying arrangement of the delegates will be made in the above mentioned accommodation for one day.
 

The stay arrangement during traveling/trekking will be made in the well designed comfortable tent accommodation which shall be as:
Tent
Dom tent –single / twin sharing, Toilet Tent, Shower Tent, Dining Tent and Kitchen Tent
Bedding
One air filled Mat / Foam One yoga mat, Sleeping bag as per requirement + one hot worm woolen sheet in side sleeping bag (optional), Thin Blanket and Hot water Bottle

2 Food and eatable

Break Fast, Lunch, Dinner
Food wills we served in hygienic way, menu Vegetarian / non vegetarian and will be served in the dining Tents during field Trek.
During trek the delegates will be provided with some heritage food recipes of typical Himalayan country side
By paying additional charges, soft drink juices or tea will be provided for which the delegates have to furnish the requirement well in advance immediately after the arrival at the hotel
